Privacy notice

The short version

This site collects the information you type into the contact form, and nothing else. There is no advertising, no tracking across other websites, no cookies set by this site, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone for marketing.

What is collected

If you submit the contact form, I receive the name, company, email address, revenue range (if you choose to provide it), and message you entered. That information is sent to my email inbox and is used only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to administer that engagement.

Like any website, requests are handled by infrastructure that processes technical information such as your IP address in order to serve the page and protect against abuse. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and form submissions are delivered through Resend, an email delivery provider. Both act as processors on my behalf.

Analytics and cookies

Aggregate visit statistics are collected using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not fingerprint or track individual visitors across sites. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or social media tracking scripts. That is a deliberate choice, and it is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.

How long it is kept

Contact form messages are kept in my email for as long as they remain useful for the business relationship, and are deleted when they no longer are. If you would like your message and details deleted sooner, ask and I will do it.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Residents of California and other states with comparable privacy laws have these rights by statute; I extend them to everyone regardless of where you live. There is no charge, and I will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
